Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 1, 2026

Loop Hop (圈圈弹) is a general-audience casual game operated by Jiajun Zhang. For privacy questions or requests, please use our Contact page.

Game data

You do not need an account to play. Your scores, experience, star coins, characters, outfits, supplies, reward records, saved runs and preferences are stored on your device. We do not upload these records to a game server. Apple-managed backups may include app data. The core game works offline and does not request access to contacts, photos, microphone or precise location. If you share a score, you choose the destination through your device's share sheet.

Optional advertising and age information

Optional rewarded advertising is available to all ages, including children and people who do not share an age range, subject to privacy setup and ad availability. You can play and use non-advertising reward options without watching ads. Advertising setup begins when you choose an advertising feature or enable optional ads in Settings.

On supported iOS versions, we request an age range through Apple's Declared Age Range API to select advertising protections. We use the range in memory for the current check; we do not receive a birth date or save the range in your game progress. When a range is unavailable, sharing is declined, or the API is unsupported, we apply the same conservative protection as for children. This process does not verify your identity or obtain parental consent.

For minors and unknown ages, we apply Google's child-directed advertising treatment. All ad requests use a general ad-content filter, non-personalized advertising, restricted data processing and Limited Ads, with publisher personalization and publisher first-party advertising ID disabled. Google's consent SDK updates privacy information and presents applicable messages before ads can be requested. If the SDK reports that ads cannot be requested, no ad is loaded and you can retry. Age sharing and suppression of under-age consent messages do not replace parental permission or other consent where required.

Google advertising and privacy services

We use Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). Google's Mobile Ads SDK disclosure describes processing IP-derived approximate location, device or app identifiers, advertising and user interactions, crash information and performance diagnostics. UMP's installed privacy manifest declares coarse location, performance data and product interaction for app functionality, not linked to identity and not used for tracking. These general SDK declarations do not establish which fields are present in each child-protected or Limited Ads request. Actual processing depends on the settings and serving path. We do not add a separate game analytics service, upload gameplay or customer lists, or create advertising audience profiles. See Google's iOS SDK disclosure.

Limited Ads disable personalization and features that require local identifiers. IP addresses are still used to deliver ads, and SDK code and some creatives may be cached on devices. Our account has Programmatic limited ads enabled, which uses invalid-traffic-only cookies and local storage to defend against fraud and abuse. Google states that it does not require publishers to obtain consent for that use case; applicable legal requirements still apply. See Google's Limited Ads explanation.

Google's AdMob bidding policy excludes child-directed requests from third-party RTB bidders. We apply child treatment to minors and unknown ages. This restriction does not mean that Google processes no data or that no other parties are involved in creatives or services. Adult requests may follow different demand rules.

Google describes restricted data processing as limiting covered processing to specified purposes, including ad delivery, reporting and measurement, security and fraud detection, debugging and product improvement. Its commitments apply under the applicable terms and do not automatically cover every third-party disclosure. Our US AdMob agreement is with Google LLC. Google's Privacy Policy explains its affiliates, service providers, sharing, international transfers and privacy contacts. Clicking an ad may take you to another service with its own privacy terms. We do not request Apple's tracking authorization; this does not mean providers process no identifiers.

Your choices and parents' requests

You can turn off optional ads in the game's Settings. This stops new app ad requests and remains in effect across launches until you explicitly enable ads again in Settings. It does not undo information already processed or stop every activity of an SDK that has already started. Google privacy choices can be reopened in Settings where available.

Parents and other users may contact Jiajun Zhang to ask about information held by us, request review, correction or deletion, or refuse further collection or use of a child's information. We will assess the request and verify authority as appropriate without asking for unnecessary personal information. We can explain device controls and assist with the relevant provider privacy process. We do not have a server copy of your game save to retrieve or delete. Turning off optional ads prevents further app ad requests; deleting local data is managed on your device. Requests concerning provider-held information may also require the provider's process.

If you email support, we receive your email address, message and attachments through our email provider and use them to respond and resolve the request. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary personal information. Ordinary support correspondence is deleted within 30 days after resolution, unless a security investigation, dispute or legal obligation requires longer retention. For such a hold, we record its purpose and review or expiry date. For an unsolicited inquiry known to be from a child under 13, we use contact information for one response and promptly delete it afterward, unless another applicable lawful process requires otherwise.

Retention and security

Local game data remain until removed from your device. Deleting the app removes local app data; offloading or Apple-managed backups may preserve copies.

Google's Ads User Data Retention Policy describes removing part of IP addresses from general advertising logs after nine months and further anonymizing cookie or advertising ID information after eighteen months, with exceptions such as longer fraud-prevention retention. These are not universal maximum periods for this app's child-protected or Limited Ads data, and do not promise complete deletion at those dates. Google's US display advertising disclosure provides additional data and recipient information.

We minimize developer-held information by keeping game saves on your device, using age ranges transiently and applying the support retention rules above. Google describes encryption in transit and access controls in its Privacy Policy. These provider statements are not a certification of the app's security, and no system can guarantee absolute security.

Website and changes

Our website is hosted on Vercel, which may process network request information to operate and secure its services. See the Vercel Privacy Notice. External sites have their own privacy practices.

We will update this notice when our practices change and display its effective date on the published page. Material advertising changes will also be reflected in the app's notices.
